SŌW FOOD

SŌW is a Community Supported Agriculture farm specializing in prepared CSA packages. SŌW , is at the forefront of greening Cleveland while doing business as a creative catering and farm all-in-one. The mission of SŌW is to grow a full cycle farm-to-table catering company and restaurant that is supported mainly by the local urban farming businesses. SŌW ’s goals include not only making fresh local foods available, but also providing educational opportunities to their employees and community to create a cooperative environment for all. Chef Brian is creatively accomplishing this by providing a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) to our local communities.
